Requesting Data Deletion

In accordance with Facebook Platform rules and general privacy regulations, SocialSeed provides users with full control over their data. You can request the removal of all your data from our systems at any time.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy.

Navigate to Apps and Websites and find SocialSeed.

Select the app and click the Remove button.

Alternatively, send an email to giorgi.naskhidashvili@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".

What Data will be Deleted?

Upon a deletion request, the following information will be permanently removed from our production database:

  • Your Name and Email address.
  • Stored Facebook Page access tokens.
  • All AI generated post drafts and history.
  • Your Telegram pairing information.

* Note: Published posts on your Facebook Page will remain on Facebook unless you manually delete them from the Facebook platform directly.

Confirmation

Direct email requests are typically processed within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been completely purged.
